When the Dome Permanent Formwork system is used on the floors, a hygienic void is obtained that prevents humidity. If this void is properly ventilated to the outside using a pipe system, it ensures the disposal of moisture and Radon gas existing in the ground.

The Dome Permanent Formwork System can be used at different heights as well as without feet thanks to its 15cm height body design.
Since it is modular, Dome Permanent Formworks can be built in different sizes, shapes and heights. Thus, it fully adapts to the design of the foundation basement. The structure of the basement allows the thickness of the foundation and upper slab concretes to be reduced compared to known systems, providing high ground strength even in heavy and mobile vehicles by providing equal distribution of the load. Therefore, it provides speed, flexibility and savings in construction by using less concrete.
Dome Permanent Formworks are produced from recycled PP (Polypropylene) material. It is ecological and minimizes the carbon footprint as it allows less concrete use at the construction site. Thanks to its strong and robust PP (Polypropylene) structure, it easily carries the weight of concrete during production. Since it is recycled, it is environmentally friendly, water and nature resistant and harmless material.
Dome Permanent Formworks consist of 4 parts: Formwork (Dome), Foot, Pipe (PVC pipe) and Batten. Battens are necessary to ensure the system is installed equally and evenly. In this way, PVC pipes and feet are placed equally in the construction area. PVC pipes can be used in 125mm and 200mm diameter and from 15cm to 300cm height depending on the tank volume. The Formwork (Dome) is placed on the pipes and the system is ready for concrete casting. After applying steel reinforcement and concrete, the system is completed and ready for use.
