IsoSeal® Insulation Protection Drainage Board is one of the safest foundation protection systems developed to ensure the long-term durability of buildings. It provides maximum performance throughout the building's lifespan by protecting underground walls and the structure's waterproofing systems.
Foundation and curtain walls absorb water through capillary action due to direct contact with the ground and are constantly exposed to moisture. When combined with inadequate thermal insulation, this situation can lead to mold and fungus formation, bad odors, reduced overall durability of the structure, shortened lifespan, and more importantly, serious health problems threatening people.
Therefore, materials that will protect insulation against water and water vapor over time, resistant to decay, with high mechanical strength and unaffected by heavy loads at the construction site should be preferred. IsoSeal® is an insulation protection and drainage board developed specifically for these needs.
IsoSeal® is a high-strength drainage panel made from recycled plastic that protects the waterproofing layer of curtain and foundation walls. Thanks to its special design, it creates a continuous air gap between the waterproofed wall and the backfill material, preventing the waterproofing layer from direct contact with soil. This creates a ventilated cavity, minimizes moisture formation and increases the durability of the structure.
IsoSeal® Insulation Protection Drainage Board developed by Gooplast is one of the most effective ways to protect your buildings from the harmful effects of water. This product, which offers long-lasting protection, earthquake resistance, superior drainage performance and environmental sustainability, is an indispensable part of modern construction projects. Maximum protection, minimum cost!

Safely protects waterproofing membranes from external factors such as soil pressure, impacts that may occur during construction, and root growth.

• The wall surface where the application will be made should be cleaned and concrete residues on the surface should be removed.
• The surface should be made waterproof by applying waterproofing membrane or bituminous coating.
• Boards are placed by applying adhesive so that they are in direct contact with the insulated surface.
• Boards are placed according to the directional markings on the product.
• Boards are mechanically fixed to the curtain wall using appropriate connection elements with adhesive.
• The joining points of the boards must be positioned to overlap.
• After IsoSeal® is completely fixed, gravel or filter material can be placed at the bottom to support the drainage function.
• Direct soil backfilling can also be done, but it is recommended not to compact the soil excessively.
