Dome Formwork Tank allows rainwater or water storage for underground fire suppression systems.
It is a system made of concrete, lightened and built underground to store rainwater and use it as a firefighting reserve. Dome Formwork Tank can prepare a maintenance room for water pumps and fire systems.
Since it is modular, Dome Formwork Tanks can be built in different sizes, shapes and heights. The structure of the tank allows the thickness of the foundation and upper slab concretes to be reduced compared to known systems, providing high ground strength even in heavy and mobile vehicles by providing equal distribution of the load. Therefore, it provides speed, flexibility and savings in construction by using less concrete.
Thanks to its flexible dimension structure, fire water storage tank or reservoir can be created in desired dimensions. Thus, rainwater can be recovered and reused.
Dome Formwork Tanks are produced from recycled PP (Polypropylene) material. It is ecological and minimizes the carbon footprint as it allows less concrete use at the construction site. Thanks to its strong and robust PP (Polypropylene) structure, it easily carries the weight of concrete during production. Since it is recycled, it is environmentally friendly, water resistant and harmless material.
Dome Formwork Tanks consist of 4 parts: Formwork (Dome), Foot, Pipe (PVC pipe) and Batten. Battens are necessary to ensure the system is installed equally and evenly. In this way, PVC pipes and feet are placed equally in the construction area. PVC pipes can be used in 125mm and 200mm diameter and from 25cm to 200cm height depending on the tank volume. The Formwork (Dome) is placed on the pipes and the system is ready for concrete casting. After applying steel reinforcement and concrete, the system is completed and ready for use.
Transportation and Storage
